My practice is national in scope and I can represent clients with IP matters nationwide. In many cases I have thr resources to represent you in foreign transactions - especially in China. There is one ethical complaint filed against me in Arizona involving a potential conflict of interest. I was asked to withdraw from representing a client and she obtained other counsel. The client was not compromised and suffered no monetary loss. The Arizona Bar required me to take a course on conflicts of interest and I was put on "probation" (standard procedure) for one year and was cleared. No other complaints filed in 34 years.
