I have an avid interest in assisting people navigate the legal system. My motivation is assisting my clients and helping them to avoid needless complexity and stress in legal matters, whether it's a matter involving licensing IP, an equity purchase, or litigation.

I have unique experience as an attorney and have particular experience in information technology and building/construction.

Prior to studying law, I worked in technology development at Lucent Technologies and was involved in the design and rollout of multi-mode fiber optic networks and VOIP services at clients in New York and New Jersey.

Additionally, I have training and direct experience in the residential and commercial construction industries, having obtained training in electrical, plumbing, and framing, and have passed the contractor's exam in Virginia, in order to better understand construction disputes.
