Kelly Sessoms is a partner in the Mobile office and also practices out of the firm's Pascagoula office. He practices civil litigation, primarily representing corporate and individual defendants in the context of premises liability claims, serious motor vehicle accidents, construction litigation, complex commercial disputes and education/school law. His litigation experience includes insurance defense, wrongful death actions, employment law, general negligence claims, products liability, contract disputes, bad faith litigation, business torts, professional liability and mass tort defense. He has previously represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, large retail, shopping centers, commercial trucking, maritime and municipal government. Mr. Sessoms is also the Board attorney for the Pascagoula School District.

Mr. Sessoms has maintained an active trial practice in state and federal court since 1992.
