I am a partner and Chair of the Practice Management Committee and the Litigation Practice Group at ELPO. My practice focuses on civil litigation. I represent plaintiffs and defendants in many different types of case, including injury cases, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death and professional negligence. I draft and review contracts, help businesses handle thorny employment issues and regularly represent businesses facing litigation or regulatory problems. I also  represent and advise governmental agencies with regard to civil rights claims, law enforcement and jail operations.

I am a 2003 graduate of Centre College and a 2006 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where I worked on the Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law. 

I am a member of the American, Kentucky and Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Associations, American Association for Justice and Defense Research Institute. I graduated from Leadership Bowling Green in 2007 and served as secretary, vice president and president of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association. I also served on the Board of Directors of the Southcentral Kentucky American Red Cross and the Warren County Alumni Board of Directors for the University of Kentucky.
