Aaron von Flatern is an Austin personal injury lawyer and co-founder of FVF Law. His firm was founded to provide all accident victims a sense of compassion, the education they need to understand their claims, robust advocacy, and transparency.

Mr. von Flatern earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Texas, Austin in 1999. He earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 2009. At Baylor, he was on two national mock trial teams and served as Vice Dean of the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity. Also, he won the Scott Douglas McConnico Evidence Award and earned membership into the prestigious Order of the Barristers honor society.

He is a member of the Texas State Bar and is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Texas.

Since becoming a lawyer 13 years ago, Mr. von Flatern has seen many successes. He has tried many cases in his career and settled cases for over $1 million. As a result, he has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor claimed by fewer than 5,000 U.S. lawyers. Super Lawyers listed him among its Rising Stars from 2018 through 2021 and its Texas Super Lawyers in 2022.

After college, Mr. von Flatern worked as an insurance adjuster overseeing litigation for self-insured companies and regional insurers. Mr. von Flatern has seen how insurers handle claims. He now uses his legal skills and knowledge to help accident victims. He lives in Austin with his wife Margaret, his son Fielder, and their dog baby, Lola.
