Aaron Kite is a sole practitioner and the principal of Kite Law Firm. He practices in the areas of general litigation (including personal injury), probate, and estate litigation, and frequently represents agricultural clients with their litigation and business needs.

Aaron is a member of the ABA and Kansas Bar Association and a former member of the KBA Board of Governors. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the Kansas Bar Foundation, the Kansas Client Protection Fund commission, and the Kansas Federal Bench-Bar Committee.

Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Harding University and earned his law degree from Texas Tech. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Texas, and Florida and in federal courts in Kansas and Florida.
