Biography

As partner at Pannone Lopes Devereaux and O'Gara, I defend corporations and individuals in federal and state -- civil and criminal -- investigations of all kinds. I believe that my strategic and seasoned judgement, honed over three decades with the state and federal government, enables my clients to most effectively work with the government to come to a resolution most favorable to my clients.

I also handle appeals -- before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit -- of all kinds. I have successfully handled hundreds of appeals in my 32-year career, and author winning briefs for my clients.
