Biography

Our office has represented numerous clients in Federal and New York State Courts from Grand Jury Investigations to Trial and beyond.

I specialize in investigations and charges related to criminal activity, against individuals, professional practices and corporations. Whether the allegations be related to narcotics or larceny to healthcare, insurance or bank fraud, my experience can help to difuse the situation or provide multiple options in resolving the matter. Of course, no defense has credibility unless the lawyer is willing and able to take the case to trial. I have taken straight-forward cases such as assault to trial, while also am being experienced in sophisticated and complex trials spanning several months. There is no case too small or too large.
