Mrs. Kahl graduated from Duke University School of Law with High Honors, and went on to clerk for Chief Judge John W. Bissell in New Jersey Federal District Court in Newark for two years. From there Mrs. Kahl went to Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger and Veccione, P.C., where she practiced criminal defense law. Subsequently, she worked as an Arbitration Associate for the Honorable Nicholas H. Politan, former Federal District Court Judge, and then practiced employment law litigation with Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C.

Mrs. Kahl was named a 2012 “Rising Star” by New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine.
