Abby Becker represents clients with divorce, custody, pre-nuptial agreements, and wills. Abby’s personal and professional experience with family and probate courts allows her unparalleled empathy for Community Law Office’s clients. On top of her work at Community Law Office, Abby graduated with Honors from Drake University Law School with a certificate in Constitutional Law & Civil Rights. During her time at Drake Abby was a recipient of the prestigious Dean’s Scholarship at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She received accolades for her performance in academic pursuits such as mediation training, client representation before judges, and public interest law. Abby was a recipient of the Outstanding Clinic Student Award presented by the Clinical Legal Education Association.

On top of her exceptional professional and academic activities, Abby finds time to help care for her niece, volunteer for organizations providing support to struggling peers, enjoys concerts & music festivals, and taking her Boxer Lab puppy, Phoebe, for walks and bringing her into the office.
