Since 1976, Adair M. Buckner has represented a broad spectrum of individuals and businesses in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle with skill, ethics, and commitment. Ms. Buckner handles a broad assortment of management-side employment, estate planning and probate, business and personal real estate, and diverse business and commercial legal matters for a wide-ranging base of clients, including individuals, small businesses, and some of the largest businesses in the area. Adair has a unique background of law practice as a sole practitioner, in a small firm, and in one of Amarillo’s larger firms, from which she draws to competently and economically serve her clients.

Adair listens carefully those she represents so she can understand their individualized needs and works to support them in achieving the optimum solution. Her experience in litigation for many years helps her guide clients in proactively planning their business and personal transactions, formulating policies, managing employees, conducting business, and planning their personal futures and their estates for their successors, with an eye to minimizing risk and avoiding litigation. Ms. Buckner’s primarily goal in her practice is helping clients achieve their aims with as little exposure to legal claims or controversy as possible.
