Biography
Mr. Brown was law clerk to the Honorable Patrick W. Campbell of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri – Family Court Division. During his time with the Court, Adam was able to observe countless family law trials and gained valuable insight into how judges decide family law cases.
Mr. Brown is a member, in good standing, of the Missouri Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association Family Law Section. Mr. Brown is the committee chair for the Missouri Bar Association's Leadership Academy and is a graduate of the Missouri Bar Association's Leadership Academy.
Mr. Brown has been a guest lecturer at UMKC - School of Law and has provided training to Missouri attorneys regarding family and juvenile law.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Brown is one of two contract attorneys for Hope House, a non-profit that provides free legal services and other services to survivors of domestic violence residing in Jackson, Platte, Clay and Cass counties in Missouri.
Mr. Brown is originally from western Illinois, where he grew up training and showing Quarter, Arabian and Paint horses. Currently, Mr. Brown is a singing member of the Heartland Men's Chorus and volunteers weekly at Wayside Waifs.
He attended Iowa State University of Science and Technology where he received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Biology and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Spanish.
