Adam Foggia is passionate about helping individuals stand up for their rights, even when up against big corporations. He is an expert trial attorney dedicated to uplifting injured victims through his work in Personal Injury, Product Liability, Social Security Disability, and Workers’ Compensation law.

Mr. Foggia is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the Mecklenburg County Bar. As an undergraduate student at Elon University, he belonged to multiple honor societies and graduated magna cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of North Carolina.

He has recently moved to Charlotte with his wife and children, and looks forward to finding new things to do in the area.
