Biography

Adam is a shareholder and director of the law firm of Gill Ragon Owen, P.A., in Little Rock, Arkansas. His practice areas include federal and state taxation, estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, and general corporate law for individuals, nonprofits and closely held businesses. He enjoys helping his clients meet and exceed their individual, family and business goals, and has extensive experience handling complex tax, probate and trust matters.

Adam's practice also includes advising clients on new, evolving tax credits and incentives, including Employee Retention Credits and the Qualified Opportunity Zone tax incentive.
