I joined Deason Garner to help people preserve their estate, protect their cherished treasures, and pass along the things that they value the most. 

I thrive on establishing relationships with people. Helping individuals prepare their personal affairs for disability and death, gives me the opportunity to establish lifelong relationships with and serve a great variety of people from all walks of life. My reward is developing these trusted lifelong relationships in the process. These relationships are multi-generational. Being bilingual in Spanish gives me a unique advantage to serve a broader population.

Most clients find me by way of word of mouth from previous clients. Others find me through their tax, financial, insurance or real estate advisors. Regardless of how clients find me, I work closely with my clients’ advisors to ensure that all of the pieces of their life’s puzzle are in place.

I graduated with a major in Spanish from Arizona State University in 2007. I received my Juris Doctor degree from Arizona Summit Law School in December of 2013. I am admitted to practice before all the courts in the state of Arizona. I am a member in good standing with the Arizona Bar.

I enjoy speaking and my firm conducts private and public educational seminars every month. It is important to me to help others become educated regarding what happens, legally, at their death. I can help put proper individualized planning in place to reduce or eliminate heartache after an individual's death.

Contribution and volunteering are important to me.  I serve in my local church and have served faithfully for many years.  My amazing wife and I have been married since 2006 and I am the proud father of four beautiful children.
