Adam is the managing partner of the law firm of Ciconte Wasserman & Scerba, LLC and is licensed to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He is a zealous, passionate advocate for his clients, and takes pride in helping those in need. He litigates cases in all courts throughout the State of Delaware, including the Justice of the Peace Court, Court of Common Pleas, Superior Court, Supreme Court, and federal district court.

Adam's practice areas include personal injury (wrongful death claims, trucking accidents, auto accidents, dog bites, slip/trip and falls, etc.), workers' compensation, employment law, contracts, and consumer and commercial debt collection. 

Adam was born and raised in Delaware. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, and legal studies at the Delaware Law School.

During law school, Adam served as the Research Editor of the Law Review, a tutor in the Academic Support Program, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Myron T. Steele, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Adam earned a merit scholarship for his academic performance, certificates of achievement in Legal Writing and Property courses, and graduated in the top 15% of his class. Prior to joining the firm, Adam completed a two-year clerkship in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
