Adam H. Clarkson, originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina, moved to Nevada in 2006. Adam’s outstanding academic performance was recognized both by the College of Charleston during his undergraduate studies and by the University of South Carolina where he garnered his law degree. He is currently licensed to practice law in Nevada. 

Mr. Clarkson’s practice of law is exclusively dedicated to representing homeowners and homeowner associations as general counsel. As general counsel he has excelled and gained substantial experience in advising HOA Boards. His undergraduate degree in finance has been invaluable in assisting boards to understand all aspects of association finance. His analysis of reserve deficit funding for condominium conversions was heavily relied upon by the Nevada Real Estate Division Common Interest Community Commission in forming their advisory opinion on the subject.
