Adam practices workers’ compensation, personal injury, longshore and social security law as an associate attorney at the Steinberg Law Firm out of the Goose Creek office. He has a unique background of experience having previously worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney. Now, Adam brings his experience to fight for those who are injured on the job or injured due to someone else’s negligence.

Adam was listed in the 2020 South Carolina Business Magazine’s Legal Elite. After spending time defending insurance carriers and employers, Adam learned the tactics and strategies they use to deny an injured worker the benefits they deserve. He uses his knowledge to his advantage now in fighting to get injured workers the compensation and care they need to heal and return to work.

Adam earned his B.S in Finance from Auburn University in 2014. Following his undergraduate degree, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Throughout undergrad and law school, Adam worked as a Legislative Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Richland County Judicial Center.

Growing up in the manufacturing and textile producing parts of South Carolina, Adam frequently saw how a workplace injury affected not only the individual, but also their family. His passion is to help make a difference in an injured worker’s life and to help them secure the benefits they are entitled to for their workplace injury.

Aside from work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, or simply taking a walk with his wife and Siberian Husky.
