Mr. Banner has sucesfully represented clients in both the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals and the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Moreover, he has received dismissals and jury acquittals in nearly every type of criminal accusation available to Oklahoma prosecutors.

Before establishing his private practice, Adam attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law as a merit scholar. There he earned his Juris Doctorate Magna Cum Laude, and graduated number ten overall in his class.
