Mr. DiMenna focuses his practice on all areas of litigation from breach of contract and other business law matters to criminal law, personal injury, and medical malpractice, to real estate actions such as quiet title claims, adverse possession claims, foreclosures, evictions, commercial real estate collections, and estate planning. Further, Mr. DiMenna helps to protect clients before the litigation stage by negotiating effective contracts that optimize client protections and minimize liabilities.

Mr. DiMenna earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice, from Rutgers University, and obtained his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. In October 2012, he passed the PA and NJ BAR exams.
