I am a fiduciary litigator with a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School as well as both accounting and finance degrees, summa cum laude, from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. My litigation practice at Gaslowitz Frankel LLC involves representing family members, corporate fiduciaries and business owners in complex will, trust, estate, guardianship and partnership disputes.

My firm handles potential breaches of fiduciary duties and disputes in probate matters, estates, wills, trusts, guardianships, businesses, and partnerships. To my clients, I am a counselor in every sense of the word. I guide people in making both legal and practical decisions in times of enormous emotional stress, while at the same time helping them gain perspective on what matters and what is oftentimes distraction or noise.

I publish and lecture frequently in the area of fiduciary disputes and particularly on the resolution and avoidance of those disputes, and have been interviewed frequently by national publications, including the New York Times, Fortune Magazine, Time Magazine, and U.S. News and World Report. I have also appeared numerous times on CNN and several local media outlets as an expert commentator on high-profile estate and trust disputes in the news.
