I went to seminary and then pastored for several years before transitioning to legal practice. I believe there is an overlap between faith and justice, and I bring that conviction to my legal practice. I worked in post-conviction for a little over a year in North Carolina after completing my time at the University of North Carolina School of Law. 

I have since published a book and video series on civil asset forfeiture in Tennessee, a major, chronic violation of people's rights that I am hoping to help counteract in the years to come. I also have a publication in the privacy law space, exploring whether or not allowing private companies to "hack back" against their hackers would be a stronger deterrent against hacking. 

I am passionate about asset forfeiture law, criminal law, and privacy law. I focus on these in my practice located in Murfreesboro, TN, "Adam Rodrigues Law, PLLC."
