Adam Kronfeld focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, with emphasis on family law, personal injury, legal malpractice, and breach of contract matters. Mr. Kronfeld has been practicing law since 2005 and joined the Firm in December 2019. Mr. Kronfeld is a confident and devoted advocate for his clients, who takes a proactive, but reasoned, approach that is tailored to each particular client’s needs. Mr. Kronfeld emphasizes a cost/benefit evaluation at all stages of legal disputes and incorporates the same in providing guidance to reach the most effective resolution of issues in litigation.

Adam graduated from Bucknell University with B.A.s in political science and economics, and obtained his law degree from the George Mason University School. He has been practicing family law and civil litigation his entire legal career. Before joining the Firm, Adam was a named partner at a multi-practice civil litigation firm in Fairfax.

Mr. Kronfeld is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Among other professional associations and memberships, Mr. Kronfeld is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Fairfax County Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and several specialized sections of each. He has lectured at multiple seminars for other attorneys and professionals on topics in areas of family law, personal injury, evidence, and others. Mr. Kronfeld has been named by Super Lawyers as a Virginia “Rising Star” in the practice area of Family Law every year since 2015.

Adam was born in and raised in Virginia, having grown up in Warren County and attended John Handley High School in Winchester. Since attending law school in Arlington, he has lived in Arlington, Falls Church, and Fairfax County, where he and his wife have now settled in Burke.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time outside with his three dogs, listening to a questionable number of podcasts, and building up his record collection.
