Biography

I am an experience attorney in both federal and state (MD, DC and PA) matters, as well as a court-approved mediator and collaborative attorney. My experience includes being the only Certified Mine Safety Professional (CMSP) in the United States. Before becoming an attorney, I had 15 years experience with trade associations, working with Congress and the regulatory agencies. Our firm still provides public policy/lobbying support for selected associations and organizations.

I also worked for 14 years as a disk jockey on WHFS-FM, where I hosted a radio show and engineered a variety of foreign language programs.

I have one husband, three stepchildren, one grandchild, and three dogs.
