My practice works equally on family based and employment based immigration. We also fully support our clients from initial consultation until your goal is achieved. This includes helping individuals sponsor family members including parents, spouses, fiances, and children (I-130, I-129F, DS-260, I-485, I-751) through US Immigration or US Consulates in every country in the world. My practice focuses on many employer-sponsored visas including H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, and O-1A/B and PERM Labor Certification green cards.  We also help many individuals with self-sponsored green cards including  National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A), and Outstanding Researcher (EB-1B) petitions as well as business start-up advising. 

I also help individuals that are abroad retain their green cards and work on complex US citizenship (naturalization N-400) cases.
