Afshin Siman graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles  with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then went to University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While a law student, he was an extern for the Honorable Ernest M. Hiroshige of the Los Angeles Superior Court.  As an extern he gained extensive knowledge of the civil litigation process.  Upon passing the California Bar Exam, Mr. Siman worked as an associate  and helped handle individual and class action cases  involving  issues such as unpaid wages, meal and rest period violations, unfair business practices, wage statement violations, and other federal and state wage claims.
