Aimee represents her clients with unyielding dedication and integrity.

Aimee serves a diverse group of clients, with a focus on business and real estate transactions. Her work includes negotiating business acquisitions and sales, financing, sales and service agreements, and commercial real estate sales and leases.

Having spent most of her childhood on her grandfather’s Ohio farm, Aimee has a passion for the agricultural industry and firsthand experience with the difficulties of operating a family farm. This experience, along with her legal training, means that Aimee understands that risk management is key to successful business. Aimee helps her clients succeed by managing risk, maximizing opportunity, and minimizing cost.

Before joining Clarion Law, Aimee was a business attorney at the largest law firm based in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Aimee is an active Rotarian and recently joined forces with other Rotarians to start a new Rotary club - the Kennett Square Auxiliary Rotary Club (The Kennett Square ARC).
