Mr. Fenstermacher is an Associate in the Rutan & Tucker's Government & Regulatory Law Section where he handles both litigation and transactional matters for public and private clients. Mr. Fenstermacher’s practice emphasizes land use issues, including securing entitlements and other project approvals, analysis of local zoning codes, and litigation involving eminent domain, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), public procurement (bid protest), and other general civil and real estate-related litigation. Mr. Fenstermacher also specializes in the Public Records Act and the Political Reform Act.

Mr. Fenstermacher earned his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Washington University in Saint Louis, and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Financial Management Concentration) and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science at the University of Southern California.
