I have over 25 Years of experience working exclusively in Immigration Law Practice. My practice is diverse, as I handle all aspects of Immigration including Business Immigration, Deportation defense, marriage and family cases, citizenship, and I-9 and worksite compliance issues.  I am a currently Chair of the Immigration Section of the NJ State Bar Association and a Past Chair of AILA, NJ Chapter, which is the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and I currently sit on the EOIR and ICE Liasion committee for the National AILA.  I often speak at both local and National legal education seminars on Immigration, and have the privilege to work with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and the individual client.  I have appeared on local radio and television to speak on Immigration issues.  I used to teach a course on Immigration Law and Politics at Montclair State University. We have been named among the Best Lawyers and Law Firms for Immigration (Tier 1) in NJ for Immigration by U.S. News and World Report for the past several years.
