My practice involves representing individuals accused of criminal acts throughout Pennsylvania. I have represented Defendants in the counties of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Lancaster, Bucks and Philadelphia. During my time at Rubino and Hoey, I have negotiated favorable plea agreements for my clients, conducted extensive legal research, drafted briefs, litigated suppression and discovery motions and obtained not guilty verdicts by way of trial. I have also drafted and litigated an Appellant Brief in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania Eastern District involving a Defendant accused of First Degree Murder. 

Additionally, I am actively involved in personal injury litigation focusing in the areas of automobile accidents, premises liability, intentional torts and medical malpractice.
