Albert C. Hrdlicka, Esq. graduated from Swarthmore College in 1994 and Albany Law School in 1998.  He was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 1999.   He held a position as an Assistant District Attorney with the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office and was a criminal law prosecutor for almost 13 years.  He recently retired from that position and is now a criminal defense attorney handling all criminal cases and DWIs.  While he was employed part-time as a prosecutor, he held his own law practice and spent most of his time handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, handling estate planning for individuals, preparing wills and trusts and administering estates in probate court.
