The Law Offices of Albert Siu, A Professional Corporation, began as a boutique law firm in February 2002 in Arcadia, California, and initially focused exclusively in real estate related disputes.  A decade later, our law firm celebrated its 10th anniversary on February 2012.  On March 2012, our law firm moved to a newer and larger Class A office building in the Puente Hills Business Center, City of Industry.  Throughout our decade of service to our clients, our law firm continued to grow and expand our clientele from family owned small businesses to large foreign corporations in China. As a result, our law firm is trusted to handle multi-million dollar investment projects with foreign investors while being low key and discreet.  Our law firm welcomes cooperation from foreign law firms and foreign service agencies in Asia to facilitate the handling of legal matters in the United States.

Our law firm serves as corporate counsel to many large domestic and foreign corporations, including the following representative clients: IRN Realty, The House Club, and Ctour Holiday LLC.

With over 95% of our clients from the Asian Pacific Rim, including the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Taiwan, our law firm has bilingual attorneys and staff to speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Cantonese.  Our law firm has represented  wealthy real estate investors and foreign corporations from Asia in brand name hotel deals and commercial real estate acquisitions in excess of over $100 million dollars. In additional, our law firm has successfully obtained EB-5 Investor Green cards for accredited high net worth individuals (HNWIs) from Asia.
