Biography
After five years of general practice focusing on state court litigation, I became an Assistant Attorney General for Attorney General Mark Herring working on elections issues and representing the State Board of Elections and Department of Elections. I now am a Senior Staff Attorney with the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry focusing on contested occupational health and safety citation litigation in state circuit courts.
