Alex began his career nearly 20 years ago as a district attorney. During that time, he completed more than 60 jury trials in southwest Colorado. With extensive trial preparation and presentation experience, Alex possesses the skills necessary to identify a case’s strengths and weaknesses giving him the best chance for a successful outcome.

Alex’s practice involves litigation of real estate and contractor disputes.

• LLC dissolution - Executed a settlement agreement on behalf of client to dissolve LLC for rental property in Vail
• Property lien removal - Negotiated a full release and satisfaction of lien against client’s property, allowing for real estate sale to occur
