Alexander Fishbeyn, Esq. received his JD degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1991. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Federal District Court of New Jersey, Court of International Trade and Tax Court. During his years in practice Alexander Fishbeyn has helped clients in a variety of legal matters; domestic relations including dissolution of marriage, domestic violence, child and spousal support; real estate transactions encompassing all facets of residential real estate as well as acquisition, management and disposition of commercial properties; litigation in various state and federal courts; prosecution and defense of personal injury claims comprised of vehicular accidents, slip and fall accidents, construction accidents, dog bites and medical malpractice; criminal defense; representation before state and federal regulatory agencies such as  DEP, EPA, Department of Labor, FAA, Department of Commerce.

Alexander represents individuals as well as businesses. Among his past and present clients are also foreign nationals and enterprises.
