I am a practicing attorney admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania as well as in the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Federal Courts of the State of New Jersey. I concentrate my practice primarily in the areas of Real Estate Law, Foreclosure Defense, Bankruptcy Law, and Debt Collection matters. I additionally represent buyers, sellers and investors of real property in special and/or unique situations.

I have lived in the Southeastern region of Pennsylvania for most of my life and currently reside in Montgomery County with my wife, daughter, son and Newfoundland. I attended Central Bucks East High School and went on to graduate from West Chester University. After graduation, I moved to New York to attend law school. While attending Touro Law School in New York, I worked for three years in a New York District Attorney's Office. While there, I worked in the Economic Crime Bureau where I helped to prosecute felony level economic crimes as well as in the District Court Bureau, helping with various misdemeanor offenses. Additionally, I gained valuable insight into the judicial decision making process while clerking for New York Supreme Court Justice Michael F. Mullen.

After returning back to Southeastern Pennsylvania, I was originally heavily involved in representing lenders through the foreclosure process as well as companies involved in commercial disputes. However, for the past 12 years, I have shifted my focus to the representation of individuals and businesses in a variety of settings to ultimately help these businesses and individuals get back on track and better than ever with their lives.
