Biography
Attorney Alexander J. Eiffe is head of the Immigration Law Practice Group at A.G. Linett & Associates. Alexander has been almost exclusively practicing immigration law in North Carolina since 2012 and has been a licensed attorney since 2010. Alexander is licensed to practice law in states of North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Middle District of North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Alexander was adopted from Bogota, Colombia and grew up in the triad area of North Carolina. He now lives in Greensboro with his wife Aziza, their son, and their two dogs Midas (Boxer/Pitt Bull mix) and Roxana (Labrador/Great Dane mix). Alexander attended UNC Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Villanova School of Law. He remains involved in his community through various professional organizations and he has spoken: on the radio, to student & parent groups, at community events and to local officials/agencies about various immigration topics. Attorney Eiffe’s practice spans all areas of immigration law including family based immigration, employment based immigration, and removal defense. He is an experienced attorney who has personally handled cases for citizen/nationals of over 50 different countries.
