Alex Koval is a creditors' rights attorney with Albertelli Law, committed to delivering superior performance, providing efficient and effective legal representation to the largest financial institutions in the nation.

Prior to joining Albertell Law, Alex was the Managing Attorney for the Nashville Division of Clark & Washington, PC. As a board certified consumer bankruptcy specialist, he regularly and passionately represented individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, argued countless contested matters, and successfully represented clients in adversary proceedings.

During his tenure with Dunham Hildebrand, PLLC, Alex focused on commercial litigation, consumer bankruptcy and business Chapter 11 cases.

Alex graduated from Nashville School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2010. For his excellence in the practice of law, Alex has been featured in the Mid-South Rising Stars list by the Super Lawyers Magazine in 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2019.

Alex immigrated to the United States from Ukraine in July of 2002. In Ukraine he completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and English. He is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian languages as well as conversational German.
