Falvello Law FirmAlexis began working part-time at Falvello Law Firm in February of 2013, which led to a full time position in May of 2014. She currently handles personal injury cases, such as car accidents and slip and falls. Alexis follows in the footsteps of her father, Conrad Falvello and her late grandfather, Anthony Falvello, second and third generation attorneys. She is proud to carry on the Falvello legacy in legal work. Alexis strives to be the most dependable advocate for our clients during their time of need.
Assistant District Attorney, Luzerne County
Assistant District Attorney, Luzerne CountyAlexis began working at the Luzerne County District Attorney's Office in January of 2008. Her job responsibilities included prosecuting DUIs and other misdemeanor offenses. After becoming more experienced, she progressed to handling additional cases, which included felony offenses, child abuse and domestic violence offenses. Alexis was promoted to Deputy District Attorney in January of 2012. She began handling certain administrative responsibilities within the office, in conjunction with heading up the Vehicular Homicide Division, all while continuing to prosecute sex offenders, child abusers, and domestic violence offenders. Additionally, she handled various other serious offenses, such as aggravated assault, failure to register under Megan's Law, and other related cases. Throughout her time in the District Attorney's Office, responsibilities included daily courtroom hearings, averaging approximately five to six jury trials each year. She was successful in 95% of the jury trials as the lead prosecutor. Alexis left District Attorney's Office in May of 2014 in order to work full time at Falvello Law Firm.
