Work is not only our method of survival, but also a cornerstone of our identities.  I practice employment law with the goal of pursuing action to assert workplace balance because, although life is often not fair, with the right advocate, you may still get what you deserve. I predominantly represent plaintiffs in litigation of employment claims.  My practice includes wage and hour claims for classes and individuals, family and medical leave violations, unlawful retaliation, discrimination and harassment, violation of non-compete agreements, privacy violations, and whistleblower claims.  Prior to entering litigation, I assist clients – both plaintiff and defense – in navigating the processes of various administrative agencies, including the EEOC, IDHR, and OSHA. I also work pre-litigation to negotiate severance and separation agreements. No matter the forum or size of the claim, my goal is always to obtain the best possible result for my clients.
