Attorney Dusharm has over a decade of experience fighting for clients. She currently focuses her practice on family law cases, and specializes in complicated custody cases, which can often involve Children and Youth matters, PFAs, criminal charges, as well as Divorce and Support matters.  She regularly handles adoption cases, for step-parents, grandparents, or other third parties. Additionally, Attorney Dusharm has experience in civil rights matters, personal injury, contract disputes, and workers compensation cases.

Attorney Dusharm attended law school at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, with an undergraduate degree from Messiah College. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, in addition to the Pennsylvania Federal Courts of the Middle and Eastern Districts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. 

Alina is an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom.  She is actively involved in her church and lives with her husband and children in Dover, Pennsylvania.
