Biography
I am a California State Bar Board Certified Legal Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law. I have almost 30 years of legal experience. I founded this 100% immigration law practice in San Jose in 2013. Because of our laser focus in this ever-changing legal field, we are deeply experienced and have a diversed immigration law practice, including employment immigration, family immigration, and citizenship through naturalization. Some of our cases include representing US-based companies in hiring highly skilled foreign workers through employment immigration and permanent work visas, including PERM processing, I-140 petitions under EB-1, EB-2, I-129 petitions for H-1B and L-1 visas, and other treaty visas such as TN visas.
Our attorneys have litigation background and we will take on the government head on without hesitation in any RFE, NOID, Motion to Reopen/Reconsiderstion and federal litigation.
Our most fulfilling achievement is being able to unite families through family immigration visas or green cards.
