Allison B. Christensen concentrates her practice in litigation. She provides clients with strategic counseling, and legal advice on a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, real estate and construction contracts, business transactions, business torts, business disputes, will and trust contests, disputed estate and trust administrations, guardianship litigation and appeals. Allison also has experience in securities, sports and intellectual property law.

Among her professional accomplishments, in 2014, Allison was selected as a participant in the Growing Associates of Naples (GAIN) Program, specifically designed for young emerging leaders and professionals in Collier County. She is also a mentor for the Florida Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
