Allison is the Managing Partner of Willett & Willett. Allison fights to protect the fundamental rights of consumers, stop corporate wrongdoing, and improve our marketplace. When enforcing the rights of consumers, she emphasizes use of the class action device to best serve the public interest.

With nearly 20 years of experience handling multi-party actions, Allison concentrates on synthesizing complicated legal issues to effectively and efficiently litigate complex cases. Courts have appointed Allison to leadership roles in numerous cases. She has achieved remarkable case accomplishments through her exhaustive research, thorough analysis, and polished advocacy. Allison is certified in mediation per California’s DRPA and brings her unique insight to case resolution.

Notably, Allison spearheaded the Lash Boost litigation. In 2017, Allison filed the first class action representing consumers who alleged the eyelash serum Lash Boost was illegally sold and failed to warn of health hazards presented by ingredient Isopropyl Cloprostenate. Three class actions filed the following year further complicated the case. After five years of hard-fought litigation, the parties reached a class settlement valued at $38,000,000, and providing for significant injunctive relief including safety warnings. Allison was appointed Class Counsel. When granting final approval, Judge Ethan P. Schulman stated, “I want to commend the parties and counsel for something that is perhaps more complicated and larger than the typical kind of class action settlement that we typically see tendered for approval, at least in State Court, and one to which it’s obvious that very careful attention has been paid and that will result in a real benefit to claimants, and I want to commend you on that”. Allison represented hundreds of homeowners in high-stakes litigation involving defective Chinese drywall. Elevated sulfur levels in the drywall caused metal corrosion and a sulfuric odor. The case was procedurally complex with hundreds of foreign and domestic defendants and thousands of plaintiffs. Allison was instrumental in obtaining four separate certified class action settlements, providing class members with complete home remediations and over three hundred million dollars in monetary relief.
