I began practicing law in 1983. I am licensed to practice in the following jurisdictions:

• United States Supreme Court;
• United States Tax Court;
• United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan;
• United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois;
• State of Illinois Supreme Court 

Let me start by saying that I am a sole practitioner who has worked in the past in small firm settings, in middle size firms and a very large government organization delivering legal, accounting and administrative services to the public.

​It is that experience plus a basic knowledge of the speed at which technology has advanced that has forged in me a vision of my firm to be small, highly flexible and responsive and to be quickly reactive to the needs of each client and to the changes in technology.

I believe that being small and flexible allows me to best serve my clients.

A key benefit to my clients produced by keeping my office partially virtual or even someday completely virtual is that I will not just meet the fee arrangements of similarly experienced attorneys who have the traditional overhead of brick and mortar locations but minimize what they charge while still giving superior service.
