Alterraon (Al) Phillips, Esq. is a licensed Certified Building Contractor in the State of FL and Attorney.  Prior to the practice of law, he spent several years as an architect's representative and owner's representative on small and large projects.  He continues to operate a construction management firm as well as practice law.  He is well versed in understanding the construction industry, FL Building Codes, NFPA Codes, and ADA Codes. Al also has vast experience with working with the private sector and government agencies throughout Central and South Florida.
