Since becoming licensed to practice law in 2014, Alyssa has worked exclusively in the area of family law. She offers her clients timely communication and creative solutions for their family law matters.

Alyssa chose family law because she understands her clients are going through one of the most difficult times of their lives.

“They deserve a compassionate attorney to help them navigate the process,” Alyssa says.

Alyssa discovered her passion for law following an internship with a Dublin, Ireland law firm. She witnessed first-hand how careers in the legal field allow lawyers to create a real difference in people’s lives, and Alyssa knew she was destined to become a lawyer.

Alyssa believes that by practicing family law, she is helping families in her community overcome challenging life events, such as divorce, custody disputes, and domestic violence.

No two cases are alike, and Alyssa approaches every case with a fresh lens. She believes it’s important to set expectations with the client so they know what to expect throughout the process. In turn, they avoid unnecessary stress.

Whenever possible, Alyssa seeks amicable resolutions for her clients’ matters, and she prides herself on her ability to come up with creative avenues of settlement. However, when settlement is not possible, Alyssa is prepared to advocate for her clients in court.

Alyssa enjoys traveling, both domestically and abroad, and she hopes to see as much of the world as she can. At home, Alyssa enjoys cooking, kayaking, and spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs.
