My experience as a criminal and civil litigator informs my removal defense strategy. I prepare for a removal trial the same as I would prepare for a felony charge; I understand this is a person’s life on the line. Through diligent research of country conditions, legal precedent, and a creative approach to crafting the narrative and legal argument, I will advocate on your behalf as though it were my own.

I take particular joy in preparing an appellate argument and drafting appeal briefs to the Board of Immigration Appeals. In the current climate of xenophobia and willful blindness to the human rights violations of our time, I take pride in challenging Immigration Judge’s reading of precedent and interpretation of testimony.
