I am proud to be an Attorney practicing in Elder Care and advocating for the elderly and disabled for their rights for public benefit. The laws governing Medicare and Medicaid are filled with traps and I want to be the one to protect my clients from each and every one of them. I am experienced in Incompetency and Guardianship proceedings and assisting the elderly and disabled if they have been victims of exploitation.

I am available for families with children with disabilities and questions as to what to do as they become adults. My husband served as a United States Marine and I am very proud to serve military families and assist Veterans regarding benefits and their needs.
