AJ Joshi has been practicing law in Georgia since 1997. He has a wide-range of experience representing individuals and businesses alike. For over 8 years, AJ worked at various law firms successfully representing insurance companies such as State Farm, Progressive, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Allstate, and others. Over that time period, he saved the insurance companies millions of dollars.

In 2008, AJ and his law partner PK Patel founded Joshi & Patel, LLC to help injured victims obtain the compensation they deserve. Since 2008, AJ has used his prior insurance defense experience to obtain favorable settlements and verdicts totaling millions of dollars for innocent victims. AJ has tried numerous cases as lead counsel and has both extensive litigation and appellate experience in the state and federal courts. AJ’s appellate experience includes arguing in front of the Georgia Supreme Court and obtaining successful results in the Georgia appellate courts for his clients.
